What we collect

  • Enquiry details: your name, company, work email, event date, event type, location, guest numbers, budget range and anything you tell us in your message.
  • Booking details: if you book, contact and billing details for you and your organisation, and event information needed to deliver the booking.
  • Correspondence: emails and messages you send us.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider may keep basic server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. [TBC – update if analytics or cookies are added]

How and why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote – legitimate interests and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
  • To manage and deliver a booking, including sharing relevant event details with the artist performing – performance of a contract.
  • To keep business and accounting records – legal obligation.
  • To occasionally send business contacts relevant updates about our services – legitimate interests. You can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We only share what's needed: with the artist booked for your event, and with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, form provider and email provider [TBC – list providers, e.g. hosting provider, Formspree, Google Workspace]. We never sell your data.

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to [24 months – TBC] if you don't book, and booking and financial records for six years to meet legal and tax requirements.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy to be transferred. To use any of these rights, email us. We'll reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
